Services Provided We offer web development services using no-code
tools and custom frameworks. Details of our services are outlined on our website.
User Responsibilities Users must provide accurate information and
comply with all applicable laws while using our services.
Payment Terms Payment for services is due as specified in the
contract. Payments are final once the project starts. Projects are considered started
once the customer agrees to the service and completes their payment/purchase. Late
payments may incur additional fees.
Cancellations and Refunds If the customer wishes to cancel, there are
no refunds after the project has started or payment is completed.
Credentials and Tool Purchase Customers must provide credentials for
the no-code tool they wish us to use. If they prefer us to purchase the no-code tool on
their behalf, they must cover any associated fees or payments for that tool.
Additionally, there will be a non-refundable fee of $19.99 for us to handle the
purchase.
Project Details and Customization The details for each project will be
outlined in the final proposal. Although our services utilize no-code tools, each
customer has the ability to choose between using a no-code tool or a custom Bootstrap
code framework.
Information Collection We collect personal information such as names,
email addresses, and phone numbers when users sign up for our services or contact us.
This information is used to provide our services, communicate with customers, and send
updates.
Removal from Email List Users can request to be removed from our email
list at any time. To do so, they can reply to the email they have received with "STOP"
or "CANCEL." We will process the removal request in 24 business hours.
Termination We reserve the right to terminate services if terms are
violated.
Limitation of Liability Castro Web Services is not liable for any
indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes to Terms We may update these terms from time to time.
Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the new terms.
